I am so excited to have Linquica! I unfortunately don't have much connection with the cape verdean (Portuguese and African) side of my family but the one thing I do remember is being raised on this wonderful sausage. Mom made jag when ever she could. I'm so glad I have found a place close by that sells it. Gotta love New York! I'm gonna make jag tonight! :)
