Golden Globes: And the Winner is.....

So tonight was an amazing and inspiring night at the 68th Annual Golden Globes. From the exciting red carpet through to the last award presentation, it was full of great moments.

My ultimate favorite was the surprised look and wonderful speech given by Chris Colfer of Glee after winning Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Series, Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television. The expression on his face was priceless and for a first time acceptance speech it was awesome...."the kids that our show celebrates that are constantly told no by bullies in their school and they can't be who they are...Well, screw that, kids."

Surprise surprise that Paul Giamatti of Barney's Version beat out 2 time nominated Johnny Depp for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture - Comedy Or Musical. I thought for sure Depp would have won, he was nominated for 2 diferent roles in the same category, but I also haven't seen Barney's Version so I have to add that to the list of must sees.

The big winner of the evening was The Social Network, taking home 4 awards.
